CLIENT WORKING SESSION

This project was designed primarily for users in Nigeria. Client analytics showed that most users accessed the web through phones or tablets rather than desktop computers. That shaped the design approach from the start. The site needed to be lightweight, mobile-friendly, and not dependent on heavy graphics, with a focus on fast loading and clear, efficient interactions across a wide range of devices.

We spent time with the client mapping out complexities of the monthly reporting system and specific requirements surrounding the project.

After I put together the userflows, we had a second working session with the client where we printed out the entire document and taped it together as one giant ‘map’.
Then we used sticky-notes to post notes and feedback throughout the discussion.
