⮜┈╯ INTERACTIVE PROTOTYPE
The team's wireframes were brought together into a shared interactive prototype, creating a more complete representation of the Lunch Buddy experience. You can explore the prototype below before diving into the collaborative process that shaped it.
WORKSHOP FACILITATION

Whiteboarding Sessions

I planned and facilitated a series of whiteboarding sessions to turn a loose app concept into a shared understanding of what we were building. I documented decisions, kept the group moving toward clear next steps, and used the sessions to establish enough direction to move into the formal design-sprint process.
Workshop Focus

Define the concept, surface assumptions, map the experience and identify the questions the team still needed to answer.

Outcome

A clearer shared direction for the app that gave us enough structure to begin planning the design sprints.

COLLABORATIVE DESIGN

Design Sprint

Lunch Buddy design sprint planning

With the initial concept aligned, I helped structure the work into a design-sprint process so the team could move from broad ideas toward a more concrete product direction. The sprint gave us a shared framework for mapping the experience, identifying key moments and narrowing the concept before moving into detailed design.

Sprint Focus

Turn the workshop output into a structured experience, identify the most important moments in the flow and define what the team needed to solve first.

Outcome

A clearer product direction and shared foundation that could move into userflows, wireframes and prototype development.

EXPERIENCE DEFINITION

Userflows & Wireframes

I was responsible for capturing our agreed-upon experience in userflows, which gave the team a shared reference for how the app should work. From there, we divided the wireframing work across the UX team and built a shared component library as we created screens, helping keep the experience consistent across everyone's work.
